Well an Easterly wind was once again gracing Mables inner thigh, I had arranged to meet Si (House) there at 2.30pm high tide was 2.40pm. Once on the beach we realised the wind had a little too much north in it to do the kite buggy run to Skeggy, plus the high tide was lingering longer than we hoped, meaning we couldn’t get around the breaker at Mablethorpe….we had to wait until 5.45pm before we could do the run, but at this time of the year its getting dark at 7.15pm, so we have to watch the time. We decided once we got to Anderby Creek, it would be a good time to head back, it was harder getting back, but once onto Mable beach again we were flying.
I love trips like this, and would like to thanks Si once again for his knowledge of the trip, and for joining me that day for a great afternoons buggying.
We both done around 40 miles and I had 36.4mph to Si’s 39mph.

nicely put together …
nicely put together - the angle really captured the feeling of that unique cruising sensation. Are you still coming out to Ocean Beach SF in October? If so I hope the winds will be good for you.
