Everything about Powerkites

Besides the sail obviously! And if there is no difference, are there any convertible boards (windsurfing to surfing and vice versa) on the market?

Surfboards are thinner and lighter.

Windsurfing boards are thicker and heavier. They also have cleats and bigger fins and sometimes a keel board and attachment points for the sail.

They are not interchangeable.

    Hello ‘tatiana’ :
My answer was "The sail". I’ve never heard of convertible boards. Actually, I’ve never surfed before !
I have heard it said that a person needs much more strength to get the sail out of the water when wind-surfing.
If there is such a thing as a convertible board, WikiPedia.org would have your info.

They are made to be surfed in heavy winds and to go a lot faster. They are not suitable for surfing.
